Good store but currently short on heaps of the staple items due to panic buying i guess.Clean and well lit, the staff have always been friendly to me and my wife.

Always shop here but the elderly lady at the service desk was so rude.I understand that they are getting asked al the time about rat tests but no need to be mean.I knew they had them so a young girl went out the back and found them.The elderly lady then took my name and let me have one only.A girl that works there goes in just after and buys 2 ,no name ...Thank you to the young girl that made the effort

Always love comparing prices between woolworths and Coles, got our favourite curry paste here this time, coles was out, and it was on special, wahoo

If 0 available i would definetely give 0. I visited and bought many items and 5 items have wrong price tickets and 2 items have no price ticket at all. When i ask manager he said he will gave it for the price where i see them.But staff denied and 5 employees attack me with oral abuse one guy said to me get out . Very disappointed. Worst customer service .

Taryn on express checkout didn't greet us first, instead she looked at my trolley and said sorry this is a 12 or less item register which I happened to say yes i understand that. I was over by 5 items, some of them a double of the same product. She wasn't happy to serve me, Taryn gave me the subtotal, I paid and she had to state next time when you come through these checkouts are specifically for 12 items or less and to just keep that in mind next time using them. I never had this said to me before and it has never been an issue as i didn't think i was over but she made us feel unwelcome and we were getting in trouble for not counting our items making us feel intimidated as if she thought it's ok to tell us what the sign says. Taryn was eager to have the last say. I felt anxious and thought of just getting a refund but instead i replied I know what it says thank you. I didn't want to waist my energy, but instead write this review and share my experiences with other's.

It's always empty when I'm there. Service is good. Store is big.

Every time had a problem with one of the elderly lady alway being rude and disrespectful. She has such a rude manner even don’t know how to talk with customers. But I’m very happy that other staff they alway being good and explain everything if I had done any mistakes. ..

Does anyone else get pulled aside to prove your purchases? They don't check the items you have, just want you to show your receipt. It's humiliating and achieves nothing.4 times at Willie's, never at Coles. I hate the management there. I'm being profiled by my looks.

Shopped Mt Sheridan today. Didnt know a 2 limit on tissues. Had 3. So came up on self serve call attendant. She said you can't have it. I replied asked lady filling aisle and she said no sign up so must not be a limit. She said there is a limit. I replied mayb a sign should be put up. Obviously too many people have said same thing because she was cranky . It's not my fault et etc. Silly I actually apologised to her and said I was not having a go at you was just saying a sign from management would help. She probably had a bad day but she certainly could have been nicer. So management put a sign up please.
