RACQ Gladstone

I could not get racq to answer the phone.Left a message and never phoned me back.I want to join racq. If there Web site is wrong you need to update. Went to Hanson Rd and used number from website.

Came to my house within an hour to fix my car, great service and I was back on the road again :)

Terrible, called the number 3 times over different days just to see if it was a bank branch as well no answer goes to a message bank after going through all the prompts

I was able to complete my business with ease.

Horrible. Damaged wheel during a standard tyre change. Had to source own wheels nuts, no car overnight and pay for accomodation until car could be fixed. No reimbursement for accomodation. Did my fix the issue the following day though.

Roadside assist was called at 5pm on Christmas Eve. Attended the vehicle and had it back on the road within half an hour. Had the required part on board. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable service. Appreciated!

Got them to inspect a car for us as we lived 8 hours away from Brisbane. They did an excellent job with a detailed report back.

Cheap and unprofessional.My policy was cancelled without me knowing. They advised me that they emailed me which they didn't. I drove around for months without insurance.I then spoke to Kyle about my disappointment in the service and that I was not notified. She advised me that if I resigned my excess would have been increased by another $300 due to my policy being canceled (without me knowing)I sent her a full email compliant outlining my disappointment in which she never responded to.I then looked for other insurance companies. Unfortunately they are the cheapest and for a good reason. You receive cheap service.I went back to resign up and I was advised that the dates where wrong and I would not get the excess. What a muck around and waste of time.No real apology, complaints team don't care.Only good thing is that they are cheap.

First staff no help rang again second staff very helpful after that excellent service

Tried to get flat battery assistance from RACQ... Too hard and slow. Instead, Battery World Gladstone actually answered the phone, and came out promptly for a $30 callout fee.
