Q EXPLORIST SMARTWATCH would have to be one of the worst and most inaccurate watch I have ever wasted $300 on. The km do not track properly as well as the Calories. The battery is horrendous -  The watch connects and disconnects whenever it feels like it. It's such a shame because it's a really nice watch but it is useless. The only thing it is good for is the time and to get notifications.The whole fitness side of it is unbelievably inaccurate. so disappointed. I would recommend anyone steer clear of Fossil!

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service I have had recently over the warranty of my smartwatch. Not only was it a highly stressful experience but the watch that was sent as a replacement does not work!?! It won't even turn on!!!I have spent the last 3 months trying to sort out this very simple situation - watch broke under warranty - can't fix it - replace it - AND replace it FAIRLY without ripping off your customer!!!Disgusting.DO NOT BOTHER WITH FOSSIL!Not to mention how terrible I was treated by the service staff. I was handballed numerous times, then ignored, then sent an email telling me my case will be closed - when in fact there was still NO RESOLVE TO THE ISSUE!?!?

Returned a watch to have it repaired2 months still not resolved-They have just sent someone else's older watch to me so someone else will be missing a watch.-asked me to pay for it twice (after I'd already paid for the repair)-Rang them 5 times. Takes 20 mins to get through every time-Visited the Miranda store to ask for their help with head office 3 times!-They said they'd sent emails which never arrived-NOW SAY THEY'VE LOST MY WATCH (Which was a gift) AND WILL GIVE A CREDIT FOR ITS VALUE AS THE MODEL HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED.-They can't replace it as they no longer make a black watch-When I complained about everything, they offered me an extra $25 for the inconvenience. I just want my watch back.Very poor service. Very hard to get through. Don't buy fossil!

Watch died. Needed new battery. Was quoted $40, to then be changed to $82, after they got the watch, as it is a rechargeable battery. I said no, return watch.I got the watch back in pieces. Fossil says so sorry. I will be looked after. Their solution? I have to waste my time taking watch back to Fossil so they fix what they didn't do in the first place. At least repair the watch for free, no? No.I was told second time at store that watch is being fixed in Singapore. That Fossil is an international company, and American brand. And they couldn't respect me to return the watch back together the first time. Disgusting.Total trash. Terrible quality, Terrible support. Now you know why.

I heard great things about fossils customer service but it has been nothing but the complete opposite ever since i purchased one of their smartwatches. Avoid them and save yourself the disappointment.

Ordered my watch last night and I wanted to cancel the order in the morning, item wasn't even dispatched but the customer service straight up said that we can't cancel the order. Terrible online experience I will never shop from fossil again
