For a not trade electrical background customer they are not helpful and friendly at all. very rude. I will never go there again.

Go online, far cheaper than Turk. Grumpiest clerk ever behind the desk. If I pay $50 for a $10 item a smile would be appreciated.....

Good customer service. They will spend time to help customer with what they need. Sometimes we have to wait until they finish with the previous customer.

Brett Burns (that was the name on the invoice) is an idiot. I tried to correct him when he gave me the wrong data cable, but he told me no, they have the same heads. He was wrong, I was right, and he made my job a lot harder and longer than it needed to be.

1 star review for this place is ridiculous. If you are an electrician, they don't need to show you how staff works. If you are not an electrician, they can't tell you how you can make it work. That is for your own safety. This is common sense.I am NOT an electrician, and Joey at JRT did recommend me to find an electrician. But he still showed me all the different range of products I might need, how different results can be achieved, how they look without packaging, all the prices for each item. Joey is professional, helpful and very patient. He also looks after me on the prices and explained me the differences between similar products. If anyone who sees this review and worries about being mistreated if you dont have an electrical background. Just go see Joey, he sorts out all your problems.

Wish I could give a zero star.Sent my apprentice to buy about 15 25mm conduit boxes... they should have been about 30 maybe 40 at most but they charged me $85.Absolute scum bags not looking after their trade customers.

Over the years these guys have always gone above and beyond. Brett is knowledgeable and eager to assist in solving any electrical product challenge our clientele may have thrown our way. We couldn't do business smoothly without them.
