As a tenant, I received glowing reports at every inspection. The day I left, they suddenly found lots of irrelevant faults, mostly what could be regarded as fair wear and tear. They probably didn't like me cleaning my own place, they wanted me to use an exorbitantly priced cleaners.

It has been an absolute pleasure to rent with 360 Property Management. We have been Landlords ourselves as well as having been tenants with many, many Agents over the years and we can honestly say that 360 Property Management have been the best agents we have ever dealt with.Whenever we had a problem the staff got back to us and things were sorted really quickly. The staff there were always friendly and helpful especially Kitrina and Tegan who were absolutely awesome. They always made you feel like they were on your side all the while I would imagine making the Landlords feel the exact same way.They even made moving out a breeze.If you have to rent in Mackay choose 306 Property Management.

As a tenant, just vacated, it’s hard to explain just how frustrating these people can be. I think the main issue is the human aspect, or lack of. If a bulldozer coming towards you has a big graphic on the front of it with a smiley human face, it’s still a bulldozer. You do your best to do the right thing, but they either can’t or won’t arrange for the landlord to do the same. That’s on top of misrepresenting the property through the deliberate use of out-dated photos. If you just roll over, accept that you’ll get flattened, you’ll get a good reference. I left reminding myself that at my previous tenancy I was trusted, the managers knowing that I looked after the place perfectly, and they in turn made sure that the place was in a very good condition. I had to remind myself that there is goodness in this world. Avoid.

Avoid! Appalling treatment of tenants.I was happy with them until one very rude and unprofessional young lady took over the 'maintenance' management of the property. 360 has no control over their staff!Avoid!

Yeah, not good here at all.The girls are all extremely young.There's no communication what so ever. I'm glad I don't have to deal with them long term.

From the beginning of the sale through to the care they showed when dealing with my tenant 360 were always professional. They were a pleasure to deal with and always followed through on every conversation. Thank you 360 for your support.
