I bought my daughter a PC from here in September, it was the 4th system I've bought in the past few years from them. When received it had some issues, & after talking to John & Greg & trying a few things, the PC was sent back. They repaired it & shipped it back pretty quickly, & now it works a treat.Thanks for your patience & understanding in resolving the fault.

I placed paid for an online order on July 22, after a few weeks I hadn't recieved any shipping or tracking info so I rang them. They said the person in charge of orders would call me back in 10 minutes, no one did. I rang again the next day, and was told they didn't have the items in stock but could send a similar item to which I agreed. I was told it would ship that day. A week later I recieved an email that the item had shipped. So all up it took 27 days from time of placing order and making payment to item actually being shipped. Way too long.

Make sure you check everything is in the bundle before you leave, i was missing my VGA cord and these scumbags wanted to charge me for it $40 for a VGA cord? Id like to know what drugs are used during work hours to even try charge me for something they forgot to add, or the fact its $40.... read the reviews before going here, the owner just responds in a toxic manner rather then try and fix the issue, no wonder Umart has seen mobs like this go under.

I've been buying computer components off Gamedude since the early 2000's. Personally, I've never had any issues with them, generally they tend to be a bit cheaper than the opposition, Computer Alliance and Umart.Best thing to when buying from them is do your research first and find out what you need and make sure what your buying is 100% compatible and you're buying the right components for your PC build.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought a new laptop and 5 weeks later I can't close the screen because the hinge has managed to come apart.Just get told its an manufacturer issue and to go fill out my warranty card and deal with MSI.In the mean time I need a laptop for work, and can't transport it around with a screen open.
