Julie is very helpful and thoughtful. She pushes you well, but also supports you both physically and emotionally when you need it.She runs a service for people of all different types /sizes/ fitness levels and makes you feel comfortable.Highly recommend.

Julie is a fantastic trainer and coach. Every session is tailored to your needs and goals, Julie listens, is empathetic and motivating. No session is the same, and everyones abilities are catered to. I love attending sessions whether it be in a group setting or PT- the positive atmosphere and friendly culture is fantastic.

Julie is fantastic! She tailors classes to a number of people’s skill sets and abilities, makes working out fun, and knows exactly how to motivate you to keep going. Saturday morning classes are hard to get out of bed for…but I always have a smile on my face at the end of it! Julie is very knowledgeable about what type of exercises to do if you have injuries, and constantly adapts group exercises for individuals where needed. Fun, positive and motivating!

Julie's warm, knowledgeable and positive approach has been invaluable for our12 year old daughter. Her sessions not only encompass physical fitness, but more importantly she works on wellbeing and social skills. I can not recommend her highly enough! My daughter looks forward to her sessions with Julie and we have noticed a huge difference in her overall wellbeing :)
