Fantastic family fun day to celebrate their first birthday. Well run and my daughter had a ball with the balloon animals, face painting, jumping castle, petting zoo and pony rides. Well done Kim, Andrew and the team. It is easy to tell how much you love the Highfields community as well as all of the animals you treat.

Absolutely love Highfields Veterinary Surgery. All the vets are friendly and compassionate, and not once have I ever felt they try to upsell or recommend unnecessary treatments. For instance, my little guy needed an x-ray yesterday and we were all convinced he'd need sedation for the procedure as he's a tad dramatic. Turns out by some miracle he didn't need it, but realistically they could have sedated him and charged me for it and I'd never have known the difference. I really appreciate this kind of transparent and honest service. Dr Georgia in particular is absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended!

We were taking our dogs to a vet in town, then thought we would get a second opinion from highfields for a surgery. We ended up getting the same surgery done for $1000 cheaper!! They have lovely new facilities and very polite attentive staff. We will continue taking our pets there from now on.

We are so thankful for the veterinarians and nurses at Highfields Vet. Pristine facilities and a friendly, attentive team. A special shout-out to Nurse Abbey. We have three long haired dachshunds, but one of our girls called Rosie suffers from anxiety and fear based aggression due to a traumatic event. To our emotional surprise she has warmed to Abbey, undoubtedly because of her beautiful, caring disposition! We couldn’t be more appreciative. You are all amazing.
