I had a terrible experience with this company. I was initially sent an invoice for $487.30 to simply locate a leak in my small apartment (not to fix the leak at all). When I contacted them to express I found the charge exorbitant they gave me a reduction of $38.50. I also found the communication terrible and had to continually chase them to do the job and get back to me with an outcome. I would not recommend them or ever use them again. IN RELATION TO THEIR RESPONSE: The quote I was given on site was $300-$400 but may be cheaper depending on problem". The invoice that exceeded $400 did not include any repairs."

Tania and Sean and Jack provided great services to us and fixed our hot water system in a very short time! They are very friendly, reliable and professional! They offer very competitive price and they installed it professionally and they explained to me with details! It is real old fashion customer service and it is so rare now! This is the most amazing trade service I have used. They answered my call at 6.30pm on a Saturday night and gave me a reasonable quote for moving wastewater in a concrete slab floor when I was stressing about our renovations .Was able to make an appointment at a time that suited me aswell. I have dealt with Jack for installing my 2 toilets and then my wastewater- he is professional, friendly and helpful as is Tania and her partner. I have them saved them to my contacts to use for all our plumbing needs (which I have never done before). Cannot recommend highly enough

As usual, prompt attendance to the plumbing problem and great staff. Tania in the office is so lovely to deal with. We recently had to deal with another plumbing service ..not our choice ....by the Oceanside and the staff at Gold Coast Plumbing Services beat these other guys hands down with both service and cost. Although the plumber was very nice, the administrative side of GCPS leaves a lot to be desired. I paid the invoice months prior then out of the blue received a threatening phone message saying my account was going to the debt collectors if I didn't pay up. I was able to provide proof of payment fortunately otherwise I may have ended up paying twice.

Sean was very professional and had both problems sorted out in no time. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much
