Worst realestate rental experience of my life. Multiple inspections requested I would spend the weekend getting the property ready they would then cancel on the day of the inspection this happened Multiple times. Scheduling of trades to complete repairs not requested by me no notice of entry issued trades just turn up. Despite requests to have this addressed it continued to happen.I tried to address issues multiple times no accountability in responses. Overdue rent emails and texts received despite not being up to date took weeks to sort out. Would never rent through them again!

Very disappointed with their (Johnathon olsen ) service as a potential buyer.My wife and I traveled hundreds of Kilometres to look at buying in the area.We explained that we had limited time to view the property we were interested in.He advised that the property had tenants and would have to arrange an inspection with them.As we understand, the sale of a rental property only requires that the tenants are given 24/48hrs notice.We were then told that the tenants are hard to get hold of, which we found quite strange as everybody has a mobile phone these days.Its seems to us that he qualified us on the initial conversation, and was not interested in fast tracking an inspection for us, even though the property was a the top of our list.It really made us wonder if he had the vendors best interest in mind.

Thank you LJH for for helping myself and my children with putting us in one of your rentals. You all went above and beyond.It didn’t matter who I got on the phone my query or question was always answered and there to help. the staff at LJH are not only professional they are always elegant in appearance.THANKYOUForever gratefulCheers to the best real estate in townTrace and kids xxx

Very unreliable rental team would definitely not recommend.. If you want to pay these guys to look after your property and chase up everything yourself then this is the agent for u. I took back over my properties mid last month and found out that one of my tenants lease has expired in October!! When I asked Hayley the manager why , she couldn’t even give me an answer!!!(Missing payments- no paid up to dates on invoices- lease of tenant runs out and they don’t even bother to renew one)I wouldn’t even give 1 star

My experience with LJHooker Bundaberg was excellent & our property manager Teegan made our transition to Bundaberg a very positive experience.The weathers great , the air is clean & fresh & the people are amazingly friendly & all the different kinds of dogs greet you with a smile & excitement every day, this place in Queensland is an amazing place to live and with some of the most beautiful beaches in Australia 5 stars is definitely not enough.

Tayla from LJH has made our moving process stressless and incredibly smooth! She is unbelievably kind and has exceptional customer service!!Best of luck on your next chapter Tayla! Your customer service sure will be missed!

LJ Hooker’s rental team led my parents down the track of thinking a property would accept my parents and their dog. The property was only a two bedroom / quite a dump for the price of ~$245. My parents specifically advised that they would have a dog and LJ Hooker never said that would be a problem. In the original paperwork/response from LJ it was fine but then in the fine print of the rental agreement they left no pets on it. My parents crossed out that line in the contract and as a result LJ refused.Now my parents and their dog need to move into a caravan park. Might I add my parents flew down from up North to inspect the property and there never any mention of no pets. Three weeks wasted.

To say that Donna had been exceptional to deal with during the sale of our house would be an understatement, she listened to our requests and understood the property market very well.I have to praise Donna on the exceptionally fast sale of our property, Wether it was sheer luck or not, Donna secured a buyer for our property within 18 hours of listing it! that's gotta be a record on its own let alone the price she secured for us.I highly recommend Donna as your sales agent and I hope to deal with Donna again if we are lucky enough to purchase another home through her.

Despicable workers. Absolutely the worst real estate in Bundaberg. Absolutely disgraceful. They lie and they enjoy putting heart patients on the street without there medication, pillow, blanket or even a clean pair of pants. There should be an option for negative stars. Disgusting people
