Andrew obviously forgot to book me in or double booked my move. As a he couldn't organise the move on the day request and then tried to blame it on me. He then bullied me into using a contractor of his a day earlier than I had booked for (better than the two days late alternative he gave me) and I had to help move for the same price despite the quote including two removalists.

If I could give more stars, I would in a heartbeat. I highly recommend handy home removals to anyone especially the customer service, quality, professionally and all the above but most of all the owner Anthony & bobby the removalist. Amazing team.

Anthony says he’ll message you to let you know if they have a truck then doesn’t respond or return phone calls to say they can’t do it. Just Inconsiderate leaving people in the dark don’t say you might be able to do it and then just ignore the person if you can’t takes 10 seconds to send a text, poor customer service.

Had to book in last minute (a day before moving) and these guys we’re beyond fantastic. Amazing communication with us and got it sorted quickly and worked with our budget. They went above and beyond for us and we’re super super lovely. Had a few laughs too! I could not recommend them more. So grateful for their patience and help.

Could only give 2 days notice of moving. They were able to work around other things to fit in our move. Kept in constant communication before move. Friendly and professional movers. Move went quicker than i thought it would, no damages. Very happy, highly recommend.

Anthony is great to help but company policies are not good and also not responsive. we have booked wrong date and changing it hard and eventually lost full deposit. There are some batter ones out there.
