My experience with Michael was a very bad experience it took them 2 weeks to install my kitchen and they left all the cupboards in my home for 2 weeks when I specifically asked my kitchen to be installed by a certain date because I was going away and that wasnt met. when my kitchen was done Michaels tiler did a disastrous job with my kitchen tiles. Michael promised me a refund of $700 for the tiles and he didn't fufill that promise instead he kept saying next week or the week after. so I didn't get my money back now the wood below my oven fell apart today my kitchen is only new and was installed 2 years ago. I am very disappointed and will go to the ombudsman's office and will not deal with this individual he shouldn’t be doing kitchens he has no customer service experience and all customers are wrong and he is right based on other reviews I have seen this is the attitude of his.In response to your answer I did not get any money back from the tiler who was your cousin who you organised yes this May have been over 2 years if you have a look at the photo the wood under the stove came off today after 2 years this is suppose to be a new kitchen. I refuse to deal with you you are a compulsive lier I will go to the ombudsman office to deal with this

Not happy with this company. He came out for a quote but when I wanted him to do the job for my wardrobe, Tried 2 times to get him to come out cancelled on me 2 times... Even when I called to see where he was he told me he called and left message which he didn't he called someone else so I never got the message and I went without rest after work waiting for him.... Just unreliable.

If you are looking for a half-done job, you have found the right place! Wardrobes and laundry meant to be a 1-day job in January 2022 was never properly finished (this review written in July 2022). Glass for doors never provided, doors never hung, custom box to hold our dryer was wrong size despite giving the specs and didn't bother to come back as fiddly to sort it out. Followed up so many times and took days off work when Michael said he would come and he never did. Used COVID as a delay tactic 5 times. Collected the money as he went to pay the workers meaning there wasn't much worth it for finishing the job - then left me in the lurch to sort it out myself. I had to pay glass people, get the doors hung, buy some door handles, get someone to modify cabinets, and this definitely wasn't the standard of customer care expected. Pity, the wardrobes and the cabinets themselves are OK, but if you want the job done as promised keep looking there are many other people offering the same thing without the B.S. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Love the experience that Michael and his team was able to provide. The care and additional service Michael provided was next to none.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AFTER 2 MONTHS OF WAITING TO FINISH THE WARDROBES IT'S STILL UNFINISHED, (DOORS MISSING, SIDE PANELS IN OUR DAUGHTERS ROOM STILL MISSING, NOT ENOUGH SHELVES ORDERED FOR OUR WALK-IN (I'VE HAD TO USE CARDBOARD! BASICALLY A DISASTER) AND LAST WEEK WHEN I FOLLOWED UP (BEING VERY PATIENT) BECAUSE HIS DELIVERY GUY SCRATCHED OUR NEW TIMBER FLOORS (WHICH HAS COST US $3,000 TO REPAIR) AND MICHAEL CAN'T GET HIS INSURANCE TO PAY, HE'S TOLD US HE'S LOST TOO MUCH MONEY ON THIS JOB SO HE DOENS'T WANT TO FINISH! SO BEFORE HE DISAPPEARS IN THIN AIR AND CHANGE HIS BUSINESS NAME, I HOPE PEOPLE READ THIS.THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS BAD, THE GUY HAS ATTITUDE! AND BAD CRAFTSMAN SHIP!
