I have a friend that has just rented a place that is not fit for any human being to live in the real estate dont want to recognise the issue and want to keep brushing her aside the house should be condemend also into the bargain a very rude office girl

Whole north side fence needed repairing, approximately one third was fixed late last year. Almost all the timber posts have rotted due to the wisteria plant planted in the neighbouring yard not kept under control. Have spoken to real estate agent who said she didn't know that all the fence needed to be fixed. If the agent did their job when and if they are doing property inspections they would notice the fence.Update 9 months later, rest of the side fence still has not repaired, parts are held up with star pickets to stop our dog from getting through. IT HAS TAKEN ME OVER A YEAR TO GET A THIRD OF THE FENCE REPAIRED. THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD RECOMMEND PROTEM REAL ESTATE AND STAFF, I AM ONLY GIVING 1 STAR .. THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE.

Unprofessional. On moving in, the house was unkempt and disgustingly dirty. Paperworkfilled in incorrectly. No accountability. Untimely response to queries and follow-up. Very poor customer service and can come across as rude.

So unprofessional, wouldn’t waste your time. Give houses to you dirty and expect it to be perfect when you leave. Takes weeks to do final inspection. Definitely wouldn’t go through them again.

Requested to inspect a house that was up for rent. They wanted all personal and private info including bank statements. Sent through everything requested by them and NEVER heard a word back from them. Had explained I was in urgent need of a property. Am now living in my car and showering at the local bp. Totally disgusted with this treatment and their complete lack of communication.

just dont bother, more hassle than there worth, if given a choice 0 stars, off to fair trading for me.
