A1 Outdoor Cleaners

Used A1 Outdoor Cleaners to clean up the exterior of my house and was very impressed with the service provided. Shian (in admin) was very professional and great with communication. Kristel and her partner who came to do the cleaning did an amazing job on the house exterior and were very accommodating when we were unable to completely clear out the carport. Overall, very happy with A1 Outdoor Cleaners and would definitely recommend them.

We recently used a1 to do an exterior clean of our house and sadly were very underwhelmed with the quality of the clean. Our windows were dirtier than before the clean was done with obvious drip marks down them. The exterior window sill to our kitchen was not even touched by the looks of it. I wiped my finger along the window sills at the front of the house and there was still thick dirt/dust along them which I have had to re-wipe down. It’s unfortunate to pay $400 for a service and for it to be unsatisfactory and have to return home to re-clean. After contacting the company with photos attached via email, we never heard back from them to rectify the problems we have found. This was 6 weeks ago and still no response.We originally booked the company for the first time a month or so before and waited all day for them to arrive. They were due to arrive in the morning however at 2pm had still not turned up only to be told that they had taken on extra work at the house before ours and wouldn’t be arriving until later. Very unprofessional when time is booked and day is planned around this.Will will not be using the company again.

I had the guys from A1 Outdoor Cleaners come and quote, so far so good, happy with price. Turned up on time as told, got to work and can not believe how thorough they are, I NEVER get the outdoor shade blind clean as it is hard to clean and leaves streaks, WELL !!!!, could not see a thing, so clean and I, being fusyy, could not fault the work they did. didnt make a mess and was very polite and helpful. So if you read one review this year on hopuse washing, I would make sure you employ A1 Outdoor Cleaners. Happy Chap here !!

The A1 Outdoor cleaners were fabulous. Booking was easy and the email exchanges clear. They came when they when they said they would, despite it being a wet, very cold, miserable day. They did a wonderful job cleaning our house including the tricky Thurlows (wooden outdoor blinds) and did not kill off any of our plants around the house. I would be happy to recommend them.

We have used A1 a number of time to clean the house always with excellent results. This time we also had the patio and carport done. A big job the patio but for both the results were also excellent.

Quick turn-around on the quote, reasonable price, and professional cleaning job. Got rid of all the bats**t and green stuff on the walls. Security doors and screens were clean, even though not quoted separately - just through the washing process. Very happy.

I was very happy with the service I received. Communication prior to and during the clean was good. Krystal and John were very careful to stay on the stepping stones and not stand on my native violets that abut part of the house. They took great care to inspect the house with me before the clean to understand the job and afterwards to show me what hadn't been removed by the clean and check I was satisfied. I was very satisfied with the job done and that everything that could be removed with a wash had been. (A house wash was never going to fix a bad paint job done 20 years ago and the need for a new paint job.) Access to one outdoor wall was only possible by coming through the house. They were very respectful and careful coming through the house.

I had the exterior of my house washed (including my huge back deck and ceiling) plus all the gutters cleaned out and the house looks brand new!! The 2 men worked so hard and did a magnificent job. This.is the second time I have used A1 Outdoor Cleaners and they just get better and better with the years. Don't look any further - this Company is your best option in Brisbane.
