The big bloke with the chirpy smile (Mr.Lee?) was a legitimate pleasure to chat to while he made my coffee. Served a few customers inbetween and greeted them all, so good to see service like this again, especially at somewhere like a fuel station!Shop was well stocked, reasonably priced and at a convenient location to get into and out of safely!

The old guy who has long grey hair and grey beard (which was greasy and not tied back) was absolutely rude and spoke to me aggressively. He got right up next to.me at the frozen drink dispenser and stunk of alcohol . Straws have no packaging either, huge no no in covid times. Disgusting customer service, avoid and go up the road.

Didn't take a photo but, if want to check in, the scan codes are plastered all over the petrol pumps? Also with the usual, DO NOT USE MOBILE PHONES? Just waiting for the big bang? Can people possibly be that stupid?

Awful service.The old bloke across the counter didn’t speak a single word to me.Had zero customer service skills.Only said 1 word to me - “receipt?” because I hung around waiting for him to say something.Dreadful, don’t go here.

One staff member which brings the experience down to 1.Elderly white bearded man with gold rings on every finger, who has no customer service skills, never takes responsibility for when he is rude or wrong and is just an absolute negative impact to a day.

id never go here again, worst service ive ever recieved id rathjer elt my car run out of gas and walk than deal with this people ever again
