Charles is probably the best shirtmaker I have come across. I’ve been getting tailor made shirts for years, but when I met Charles he took tailor made shirts to the next level. From the cut to the end result and to top it off with his friendly charm and customer service he is by far the greatest. He takes pride in his work and it definitely shines through all his work.See you soon Charles, I wonder what colour to go for next.

I have been going to see Charles for over 6 years, his shirts are the best, and worth the price you will save yourself wearing through 4 old shirts for every one of Charles.His clothes are an investment if you want the perfect fit to look sharp and be the best dressed then this is the only place to go. Charles should run a promo... that if you don’t receive a compliment (every single shirt I’ve purchased I have) on your brand new perfectly styled Nahkle shirt within the week it’s free. It’s guantatedd you will receive numerous positive comments! His shirts are that good.

Charles has been making my shirts for several years, but has been making my father's for decades! A lost art in Australia, these shirts are custom made by hand, by one talented man. They breathe better than anything off the shelf, they look better than a shirt double in price and you are supporting a local craftsman.

After having issues with tailors where the actual tailoring was all done overseas in Hong Kong or China, I decided that I had had enough and gave our local Australian businesses a try. I've walked past Charles' store multiple times however never went inside, so this time I decided to try and went in for a shirt. Charles was very friendly and professional and measured me up for a beautiful Italian pure cotton shirt which looked striking and felt sturdy. I was extremely happy and the turnaround of just a week was at least 3 to 4 x faster than all the other overseas competition. I am very happy and have already come back for a few more shirts. The value for money is fantastic and the shirts are genuinely damn good.Kudos to Charles for making fantastic shirts!

Charles's shirts and service have been great. I've bought shirts twice and both times I'm really impressed by the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail. Sure - tailor made can cost a little extra but it's really worth it in the long run.Charles is a great guy too - I would highly recommend heading out to his shop if you're in Sydney.

Excellent! Charles is a super friendly, professional and skilled craftsman and the quality of fabrics he uses is fantastic (I got all two ply cottons from Alumo and Tessitura Monti). The shirts fit close with clean lines, enough room for movement and particular accommodations for unusual features or special requests. I originally went in wanting a couple of shirts, and after talking with Charles and feeling the fabrics I ordered four, then loved them so much I went back the next week for another six. Highly recommended if you want bespoke level shirts that offer good value, wrinkle resistance, perfect fit, silky smooth feel and overall comfort. Quality products and service are the best way to build a long-term relationship, and Charles fits the bill perfectly.
