I regularly use the dryers at this Backpackers. It is a very friendly place with good machines that never break down. They have large machines that are even suitable for pillows, quilts and doonas. During non-covid times, there is a bar and restaurant and comfy seats so you can wait for your laundry in comfort. There is metered street parking in front. I highly recommend this place as the best place to wash and dry your laundry if you are in South Brisbane, West End and Highgate Hill.

It washes with their own soup, but sometimes the stains of food in a shirt wont comes out, the price is high to the bigger washing machine (14 dollars) and their dryer needs more than 20-30 minutes to dry enough to put in a bag again. But saves you when needed.

Affordable coin laundry that happens to be in a hostel. The machines were pretty new and would let you pay with your phone or coins. While I waited I walked over the the in house bar and had a glass of wine and a piece of schnitzel!

Nice laundry, you can use the pool or the ping pong table of the hostel while you are waiting. 4 dollar for the laundry 8kg, 1$ 6 minuts for the dryer.
