I have been using GoodWe since 2014 and have always found the service to be excellent. The products have also been highly reliable, I have installed GoodWe on two of my own properties as well as friends/family with no quality or reliability issues over the years. Would highly recommend!

I asked to speak to someone about a technical issue regarding our newly installed solar system. The person who answered the phone (customer support") said it was beyond their scope to answer the question I had for them
