Coles Forest Hill
Convenient local Coles with everything you need in the right places in store. It's not as up to scratch and modern as other stores in the vicinity, that isn't so important. The range of meat here isn't so big either.

I loves Coles and would shop with them over Woolworths any day but this is the worst Coles store. One check out open with a long queue. Self checkout never works at this store. You have to get the Coles shopping bags verified. Every third item a staff member has to come and verify it. Nearly every self serve counter had its light on waiting for a staff member. It is a joke!!!

Today i came into Forest Hill, to return an item. It is clearly a 'Coles owned' item. The staff member 'Fallon', was so rude in her dealing with me.At first i couldn't locate my receipt. Simple scanning of barcode would have shown it was a Coles item.She refused, and flat out said she couldn't do anything. I eventually located it. The amount was refunded back on my card. Her attitude needs looking at. If she doesn't like being at the cash register, don't put her in front of customers.She wouldn't refer it to a Manager. I asked if she scanned it, it would come up as a coles item. Maybe a credit I could re-spend on groceries in the store.?Not a very positive experience. Simple, if you're not sure, refer to a Manager - not hard.Service and staff pride has gone downhill. Definitely WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I've been trying to call this store in business hours.Phone just rings out !I've had a transaction for $1737.00 go through for groceries. I'm wanting to speak to someone about it as I've never been to Victoria.I'm wanting to know how it can go through without my card.

staff member accused me of stealing while i packed my groceries in the bag. very rude and demeaning. woolworths much better, consistent customer service
