The staff here are just amazing, so kind and caring throughout the whole process. Answered all of my questions and gave us time to think about what we wanted to do for our boy. Really made the whole ordeal that little bit easier knowing that he was in such good hands.

There are no words to explain my gratitude for the team at pets eternal. They have taken some of my grief away with their exemplary service. Picked up my boy from the vet, notified me when he was collected. Called and asked which package I’d like etc. So much attention was given and it really does the loss of my little fluffy companion justice. I am eternally grateful and would 1000% reccomend to anyone needing this service ❤️

Recently we lost our beloved fur kid, he was 15 so it was heartbreaking to lose him. My daughter called pets eternal on my behalf and they were lovely right from that phone call. They explained the process and gave us time to make some decisions. Offering assistance whenever needed. When they collected our boy.. it was very professional, comforting, understanding and patient with us in our grief. He listened to us and was very compassionate the whole time. I cannot fault this service and would recommend to everyone who has to say goodbye to their beloved best friend.My boy was retuned home today and everything is just perfect. Thank you pets eternal for making such a sad time bearable.

Absolutely amazing business.They rang the same day of our dogs passing to inform us that he was picked up & he is in good hands with a comforting phone call which was extremely thoughtful to tell us.Our dogs paw print was back within a week with a lovely certificate, print, fur & planting seeds. We opted for ashes to be spread in the pet garden.Thank you to Pets Eternal for making the grieving process a smoother transition.

Not enough praise can be given to the team at Pets Eternal Greenbank.From the very start of the 2 traumatic losses of our very old fur babies Finley & Cena.Alison was absolutely Amazing, Empathetic, Respectful and Professional beyond words. For this on both occasions I cannot thankyou enough.I must also mention Scott who looked after our girl upon pickup from home to.Scott's Nature, Empathy and Care towards myself and the fur babies made this horrible experience much more bearable.I was able to rest a bit easier in these sad sad times knowing our babies were in such good hands and treated with nothing but respect from start to finish !
