Disclaimer: ONLY GO IN WHEN THE YOUNGER BOYS ARE WORKING. THE TWO OLD MEN SEEM DISINTERESTED IN HELPING AND ALWAYS SEND US AWAY.The people here have always been good to us. Everytime we have issue with our truck gate not locking etc we come here and they take us straight away and do what they can plus more to assist. The young lads here are friendly and helpful. Would recommend to all.3 week update: I have to take off one star because twice we have gone in with poor service. The two older men wreck the positivity of the shop. Younger men helpful friendly and try so hard to help. Trust me, don't go when the old men are on.

If only all businesses had the helpful attitude of meeting people's needs as Werribee Handy Steel Supplies. They supplied and cut 8 tiny lengths of 20mm square aluminium tubing for me on the spot for my accordion. Very fair price. Thanks, I'll keep coming back.
