I've had a horrendous experience with other pharmacies in Ballarat, so when I randomly decided to stop by this pharmacy without much expectation I was blown away by their service. I cannot stress enough how efficient and knowledgeable Nam is. He was very patient and answered all my queries! The staff were also polite and very accommodating with my needs.

Staff are outstandingly kind and understanding, every time I walk in there I am greeted with a smile and super fast service which is important to me at times.The pharmacists have gone above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns and requests I may have, never tiring of my endless chopping and changing of this and that.I was actually brought to tears when I went in recently in a great deal of pain and Henry was the kindest person I'd seen all day.
