Would definitely recommend Tiffany to anyone buying a property! When I first spoke to Tiffany about the property I was planning to bid on at auction, one of her first questions was whether or not the vendors had council approval in place for the pergola. Less than 24 hours later, (& just 24 hours before the auction) she confirmed there was no council approval. The vendor's agent addressed the issue in the auction contract, allowing me to bid at auction without having to deal with the stress of going through the council approval process. Without Tiffany's keen eye and local knowledge, the unapproved pergola would have become my problem to manage, including the costs to have the pergola rebuilt in order to get council approval. The pergola has now been rebuilt (at the vendor's cost) and council approval is now in place. Can't thank you enough for making the process of purchasing an investment property (while living interstate) as easy as it has been!
