Horrible company to deal with, will use their complicit trades to charge for made up work and then bill the tenant for it. Not interested in any discussion, and that's when they bother to reply to emails.

4/1271 Ferntree gully Rd Scoresby.Lawson real-estate took over the handling of this premises soon after I began leasing it and for the next 4 years I found myself dealing personally with Steve Lawson regularly and though professional and requiring that you be of a high standard in your position renting from them I'd have to say that Steve and his daughter Marni were extremely fair and we're flexible as well as understanding and able to compromise while still maintaining there integrity.Obviously they are hard intelligent workers as there success is testimony to that.When I required of Steve a reference for another real estate to which I was wanting to rent a premises, he although I,not being anywear near his standard of conduct due to family issues nor being in his league of success was able to be patient and understanding and gave me a fantastic reference which helped me to secure the new premises.Thanks Steve,Marni;-)
