Called this bloke on the phone to find out about getting a quote. To say he was rude was an understatement. I'm not sure how people manage to run small businesses when they treat new customers like this on the phone. The questions I had were simple and I was polite as can be. In the end he just said - look - I dont want to do it" and hung up on me."
