I would just like to give John and his team a big Thank You for my whole experience in a recent air conditioner install. My setup presented John with many challenges and he was the only one who took the time to visit and discuss my options. I probably bugged him a little too much but an investment of this type you are always skeptical. On a hot day, he and his team were working just as hard at 5pm as they were at 8am. He even had time late on in the day to guide and educate one of his workers in installing the wall panel. If more people had the work ethic of John and his team, we would be in a much better place. In challenging conditions he and his staff were courteous, polite and clean at all times, they were respectful and you could see that he commands the highest quality from his staff. He runs a great crew and they look up to him for guidance. Just when I had lost faith with all the “no show” quotes, I now have it back. I have already passed on your details to family and friends. We had a new ducted system installed by John and his team. We are very happy with the quality and efficiency of the installation. They completed within the estimated time. Price was very good and we appreciated the expertise and advice from John during the quotation period. He was patient and answered all our questions. The new system works really well. Definitely recommend this company.

Very pleased with the installation - the two technicians were excellent. Placement of the units was better than expected with the shortest routing for our second split system. The job was completed professionally in a short time frame.Many thanks also to Alyce in Admin because from our initial enquiry her communications were prompt and specific (even over the Christmas period) and this gave us confidence that Artic Air was genuine and well organised. It's been a pleasure doing business with this company and I would definitely recommend AASolutions in the future.

These guys installed a split system aircon above our stairs. They were helpful, polite, efficient and knowledgable. The cost was very reasonable. We had been told by another company that no one would ever be able to install an air-conditioner in the place we wanted it. These guys had no problem at all. Amazing service from quote to installation.

Arrogant, rude and thief's in the industry. Do not trust them nor the work that they provide. They didn't install our family air-conditioning units correctly, whilst also stealing valuable parts from the air-conditioning units so they do not work whilst refusing to return return fix the problem they caused. Would not recommend and suggest you look for another company to do your air-conditioning work.

I have only given one star as that is the least I am allowed to do.When enquiring and booking the service was fantastic....when installing...prior to collecting payment they were again great.....but as soon as something went wrong they shut down and don't respond.3 months later we are still left with an air con that looks like it was installed by an amateur and external pipes cover held together with black cable ties.I have attempted several forms of contact and even though John acknowledge in text he needs to return we have had no show.If they had of repaired to a completed state then this review would have been completely different.Very disappointed
