We have leased a property through Mr. Karnan Mahesan.Mr. Karnan is a true professional and very detailed oriented real estate agent I had worked with in Australia. He had provided prompt responses and very quick to act up on getting the things organised for our Lease. He is very knowledgable with NSW tenant laws and explained the agreement in detail to us. We will highly recommend his service for prospective tenants and landords.

Karnan Mahesan managed our property really well. He found a tenant within days and also had excellent customer service. His work ethic and professionalism was great and the paperwork didn’t take long at all. He is dedicated and I would recommend him.

My experience with Ray White Westmead was very disappointing. I lived in the property for almost seven years and never missed a rent payment, yet the agency rarely conducted inspections or provided assistance with maintenance. Despite repeatedly communicating major maintenance issues via email over the course of a year, they were not adequately addressed, leading me to make the difficult decision to vacate the property.Upon leaving, I professionally cleaned the house twice and provided photos to the agency, but was repeatedly asked to hire a cleaning company recommended by the agent (Sunil Kumar). I have mentioned this to senior agent Jerue but he asked me to do cleaning third time,which we have done. After a third time cleaning and sending additional photos still agency has deducted $400 from my bond for cleaning and some maintenance charges, plus on top of that they never pick up your call or talk when you ask explanations. Its a nightmare to deal with Raywhite Westmead and causing me significant mental stress over two months.Overall, I felt that the agency was unprofessional and focused on money grabbing rather than providing adequate support to tenants. I would caution both tenants and property owners to carefully consider their options before working with this agency and particularly stay away from raywhite westmead agents like Sunil Kumar and Jerue Hobit.

Out of all the rental agencies I've dealt with in Sydney, Ray White Westmead was the best.I was always well taken care of, responses to emails were prompt and any issues were swiftly dealt with.My particular compliments to Georg and Karnan, who managed my rental during my tenancy. Friendly, caring agents who put their best foot forward to help out.But everyone there is lovely.Highly recommend!!!

Worst ever. They say one thing when you take the property and when you are returning, they cmpletely talk the opposite. You will never get your bond deposit back. They do their best to take all of your bond deposit. They just play with you. Unprofessional. Always want to fill their pockets. Even after you stay in the house for 10years they want the house to be in the exact condition as day one. If you care for your money, don't go with them.

Sunday, 7 May - I was locked outside my Unit (Alfred St) - for more than half the day. In my pj's, without my phone and car keys. Thankfully my neighbours were home and I stayed with them until I received assistance. Karnak is my Property Manager. I am quite disappointed about how he handled Sunday's situation. I didn't have my phone on me and he was charging me - 1. to get someone to the office to pick up the spare keys and open the Unit, even though I do realise that he may live close by. Also he was placing a very poor excuse about the bad weather - the weather was not that bad at all. 2. Bringing a Locksmith, at my own cost as well. Again, how can I pay when I don't have my phone on me? His solution was to wait until Monday morning!! Joseph Chidiac, had an injured arm on that day. His arm was in a sling. He called my neighbour and myself a few times throughout that Sunday. Joseph Chidiac is not my Property Manager. By 5pm that day, without hesitation, Joseph came to the Unit block with his wife (who was driving - as he was unable to drive with one arm) and opened the Unit for me - with no charge!!! Joseph went 'above and beyond' his own role in providing the best customer service that I have ever seen!It would be of great benefit for Karnak to learn some excellent customer service from Joseph Chidiac.If only there were more Joseph Chidiac's out there in the customer service industry!!Joseph Chidiac, could you please be my Property Manager?

We recently inspected a townhouse in Beaconsfield with Nick, who had mentioned that the carpet would be renewed amongst a number of other upgrades prior to leasing. The listing had also mentioned fitted wardrobes to all bedrooms, which were not present during our inspection. We followed up with a polite expression of interest by sms to Nick and email to George, noting that we were looking to submit an application and requesting a summary of the upgrades mentioned. We also tried to call both, but were diverted by both more than once. We decided to follow up on our initial correspondence (to both), but were ignored once again, only to be emailed details of a follow on inspection - which we found galling and incredibly ignorant. We guess that there was no intention to implement the upgrades that had been promised, but find it appalling that they couldn't just say so.Though we were very interested in the unit and were in a position to move quickly in the first instance - needless to say, the ignorance of these agents put us off altogether - and upon now looking at reviews from previous tenants - a close escape for us!!We would be furious if this was our unit, still on the market weeks on from when it could have been leased to reliable tenants, if only the agents had a shred of common decency/professionalism. We therefore felt compelled to write this review to alert potential landlords (and tenants) of what they might otherwise be walking blindly into.George, Nick - we sincerely hope that you will take this as an opportunity to learn from your mistakes and improve.
