McDonald's Cannon Hill
Visited here Australia day, really busy and took ages to get my order. They served wrong burger I ordered Aussie Angus deluxe but no bacon inside I complained and they made new one. It was really yum I loved it but took forever to get new one they didn't let me know it's ready and I should have got it myself on the counter. And they forgot mustard sauce for nuggets.

The best thing I can say about the Cannon Hill store is the play area is contained within the air conditioned restaurant. However when we visited the play area was locked shut. From there everything went South badly. The table was dirty, the food wasn't delivered as requested, the food wasn't what we ordered and some items were missing. I couldn't wait to leave.

McDonald's Cannon Hill
Last Tuesday night we came through drive through just before 11pm and there were only 3 people working in total, so it took over 20 minutes to get 2 ice creams. The poor young guy at the drive through service window (on his own) was really struggling and we felt sorry for him. The food is always fine here but the service later at night isn't great. I imagine this might be out of Management's control though.

Drive through this evening chips cold and stale, chicken nuggets cold and stale with no sauce. Staff couldn’t even be bothered to put some napkins in the bag. This poor service has occurred now a few times and I won’t be going back! Would advise people to go elsewhere and avoid this one!

20 minute wait Sat lunch service. Self service screen had run out of print rolls so no tickets issued AND no order screen visible to see if your order had gone through. Enquired of two staff at counter to see if indeed order was there and what number to listen out for - ok I'll look" then disappear/dont return. Staff - including "grey shirts"/supervisors yelling across the foyer about swapping shifts in two weeks time with customer & employee in foyer. At least three people having to ask for their drinks to complete their order whilst we waited. Not a single customer acknowledged

The minimum cleaning standards of this McDonald's are abhorrent. It was not an overly busy time and we had to ask to have our table cleaned... the girl came annoyed with a soaking cloth, wiped over the table, came back with a dry towel and that was it. Didn't clean anything else, no disinfectant... even for McDonald's this isn't good enough. This is the worst McDonald's restaurant I've been to.

I swear to god this place hires the most useless members of society who don’t even know how to pull a handle and put ice cream in a cup. How hard can it be? You literally don’t even have to handle the ingredients like a burger, pour the ice cream into the cups and fill them to the top for once, monkeys.This is literally the easiest menu item to make.

Ordered table service for hot cakes and coffee. 12 minutes later hot cakes arrived, and they were partially frozen in the centre of the stack, coffee had been given to someone else so they had to find it. Yes they're busy, but this level of service is something else.

My friends and I went through the drive thru at 11am today. We got 2 seperate orders and (granted that the drive thru was backed up) were kept waiting with all the other cars in drive thru for about 15-20 mins at the collection window. When our order finally came, the staff either failed to check the quality or straight up didn’t care what they handed us; it seemed like the oil from the grill tray had been spilled on my food; it was soaking wet, which is definitely not the way I like my muffins. My mates didn’t receive their drinks, we didn’t realise until we were out on the road again and too annoyed to go wait in line again to get them. Proper communication and quality checks need to happen at this store. Having worked at McDonald’s for 2 years not long ago, I know it’s possible to keep on top of rushes and ensure customer satisfaction even when the pressure is on. Very disappointed in the overall experience. On top of all that I could hear staff yelling at each other in a rude manner through the window.

Orders incorrect. Food quality poor. Drive through closed every morning for half an hour every day from 3:30am.Not once have I received the correct order.Buns solid. Chips like cardboard.Everytime i drive through in the morning i am told there is a system update and cannot order for 30 minutes. So not a 24 hour service at all.Close this embarrassment down!!!
