Jasmine made booking my last minute trip to the USA and getting travel insurance so easy. Extremely responsive and very quick. Could not recommend the team at German Australian Travel more highly! They worked within my budget and preferences for times travelling, airlines and baggage requirements for USA domestic travel even matching travel plans with my travel buddy. I would book with the lovely ladies every time!

Called the woman who runs this place and to say she is rude is the understatement of the century! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL unless you want to get spoke to like garbage. If I could give zero stars I would!

We've used German Australian Travel for years and can highly recommend them. If there are any issues, then they do everything they can to help solve it, and their advice is excellent (as is their customer service)! Am flying again soon and am so pleased I booked through them and not through anyone else.
