We have ordered hamburgers a couple of times and decided not to go back - I feel they have let their game slip a little - used to be highly recommended. Pick up your game guys, you normally cook awesome food..

Jans chicken salt is the best anywhere! Theyv got a nice range of fish and chips, but pls do not bother buying calamari here, as its just a donut and the calamari is non existent!Locals love it though! Pic for reference.

In my opinion about the best chips and potato cakes in town. Haven't had fish from here so can't comment on that. When I've had burgers from here I've been happy.Staff always seem to be friendly and the place is well kept clean. I would recommend this place.

I went there about two weeks ago and asked for a plain hamburger with cheese and a small chips. I asked the girl to flatten the meat patty as much as possible when cooking it.Ten minutes later I looked up and saw the girl holding a hamburger in a white paper bag. She put the hamburger on the bench and pressed down really hard on it with all her weight and squashed it. She then held it up and showed the male employee how flat it was, quite proud of herself.She had just completely flattened my hamburger, instead of just the meat patty.I stupidly didn't ask for the hamburger to be replaced. I think I was in shock. All I could manage to get out was that I only wanted the meat patty flattened, not the whole hamburger.When I got home, the hamburger had turned to mush - the tomato and lettuce looked like wet slop, I can't actually express how bad it looked. All the wet ingredients (tomato, sauce, lettuce, butter) had oozed into the bun, which was wet and falling apart. It was absolutely disgusting. I almost vomited. I threw it in the bin. What a waste of $9.The chips were overloaded with salt. They went in the bin. A waste of a further $4.50.Next time I want a hamburger I'll go to McDonald's. Their hamburgers aren't the best, but at least you know what you'll be getting, which won't be a wet lump of disgusting inedible mush.
