Quality Hotel Lakeside

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but left some clothes behind when we checked out.When I rang the hotel a staff member kindly found the clothes and arranged for them to be sent to us.The staff in general provided us with very good service under difficult circumstances while we were at Lakeside.

Spacious room, clean, comfortable and good location. Nice pool. Good air conditioning. Lovely king bed. No complaints at all.

Stopped in for a quick dinner with a cranky toddler. We had a great service experience, the lady running the floor at the restaurant was very helpful - got the kids meal out nice and quick, and helped us pay and get out quickly when a large function banked up the bar/payment area. Food was solid and reasonable value.

We had our wedding reception here and stayed in the accommodation everything was perfect. Guests stated that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Staff were amazingly accommodating and we couldn't have asked for any better. Shout out to James who was amazing and dealt with everything perfectly including drunk guests ❤ Thank you to Gwen also who made the day run smoothly.

Overall a nice hotel. Big rooms and clean.Second stay the room smelled of mildew so I had to leave the window open.Buffet breakfast is quite satisfactory.Staff are great.

Staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Special kudos to Zac who was completely unflappable in the face of many questions and changing needs. Spotlessly clean modern rooms located on beautiful lake Weeroona, with something for everyone right nearby.

Well where do I begin I booked the room for the 14th of Feb. 2023 for4 valentines day. The room had no toilet rolls and the room is not cleanest of rooms, I booked for dinner at 6.30pm and then ordered at 7pm they where busy but this is know excuse for them to say that they was busy I ordered steak and my partner linguini the steak was like boot leather could not eat it my partners meal was full of oil and know taste. we waited one hour and 15 min. for our meals I sent mine back I was so disappointed. In this Hotel they did not care the reception they did not offer a solution. All they said they will be having a meeting about it with the kitchen staff. The room is okay the beds are so hard to sleep on the toilet kept flushing its self through the night this kept me awake. The beds was not king they was two singles pushed together. I would expect this from a 1 star motel or a hostel this was the first time I used this motel and never again. I have to say the food is so degusting. the drinks are okay, they was short staffed I over heard other people complain, while I was there,you do not believe this review it is the truth and only truth Valentines day was ruined. by this Hotel.
