Im very unhappy they brought me to the factory at 6a.m to leave me standing outside waiting for 20 minutes. Very bad service

The worst customer service experience ive had in the history of customer service. His advertised hours state that he opens at 6am, called him the day before to confirm i will be arriving at open time.Planned my day so i wake up 2 hours early so that this doesnt affect my work hours, only to arrive to his business" (doesnt even deserve the title)
