Light Up Fawkner
Went into store with intentions of making a purchase. I was approached by an elderly man named Martin, who I assume works there. He proceeded to hold out his hand and make gestures to be careful and hold my horses as if I’m a child playing in his store rather than a customer making a purchase.The customer service was atrocious & has resulted in a major loss on their end as I will never make a purchase from there nor will I recommend them.

Amazing service from the young lady named Christina! She is very knowledgeable and patient, she understood exactly what I was after. There is so much variety and a lot to choose from. She helped me make my choice with ease. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Went into the store and I was not certain what style of lighting I wanted. I was greeted by Christina that understood my want and delivered accordingly. Not only did she deliver superior service with a smile but also shared valuable knowledge. Highly recommend ask for Christina!!! Will post images of the fittings once installed

No CUSTOMER Service what so Ever, Not Even a HELLOThey were just behind the counter on the Computer,No one Else in the Store,I was interested in buying a few items as I'm building a new hone. Very disappointing

This shop is chokka full of beautiful lights and a couple of fans. At the moment most are heavily discounted by 40% up to sun 6th Feb (or so I've been told about the date ) so pick up your shoes and hurry over there !!!

Purchased few items however had to go back & forth few times due to mistakes in sales.I would advise other customers to check every single box, items included & compare them against each other as we have received incorrect items, cracked, missing items from the box & different to others or maybe were faulty.Sales is about repeated business.We unfortunately did not hear an apology from the staff.31/12/2022.
