If you want to order something their site, it may say in stock. Order at your own risk. Your money will be taken and they will sit on your order until you contact them. I was offered an apology as a glitch" happened and please reorder we will give you a discount off your order.I proceed to reorder

I ordered a pair of jacket and a pair of pants via online service about 3 weeks ago. I received the package two days ago and it was a wrong item. I ended up receiving a pair of socks in-lieu of the jacket and pant. I sent an email to the customer service asap, but I did not get any reply for two days. Running out of faith and trust, I decided to contact UA Chadstone and spoke to someone name Bree". This person is absolutely genius

This store is the definition of amazing customer service!I went in on the 22nd and was firstly greeted by a Logan who seemed as if he did not want to be in the store or willing to work considering his attitude.But once I was greeted by seren and jas I had the most honest and amazing customer service!These girls had the most beautiful radiant personalities I had ever come by! These girls helped me find every Christmas gift for every single on of my family members!I have these girls to thank for a Christmas miracle!Amazing redemption for under armour and it’s all thanks to those two beautiful girls!

She had great knowledge of product, a pretty good idea of her stock levels BOH and to top it all of was an absolutely delightful human being to chat to while I was trying on shoes.
