All of the stuff here are always so lovely and helpful. They to go out of their way to help people and answer questions if you have any.I've been here many times in the last couple of years, and always been so well looked after.Thank you all!

Having been coming here for years - the pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and always helpful and caring. The medications are well-priced and the staff have always made an effort to find stock even when other pharmacies have none at all. Very lucky to have Red Pharmacy in the area.

Never will I return here. The pharmacist shorted me on an antibiotic syrup for my daughter. I noticed on the 4th day that I was short 5 doses! My daughter had an infection and needed another 1 1/2 days. When I called them, another pharmacist said I would have to go back to the GP to get another prescription! I told him that made no sense, since I should have received the total amount ordered. He said he would give me another bottle if I came in.When I came in he wanted to charge me another $17.15! I was very upset to have to pay for another bottle when it was their fault I didn't get the full amount. I told him I was very unhappy and would go online to report their horrible customer service. He got angry and told me he wouldn't sell it to me. That he was doing me a favor by offering me another bottle. I asked him how he was doing me a favor by wasting my time and expecting me to pay twice. How unprofessional! So I told him that was fine and he could count the loss on the medication since he couldn't sell it to anyone else now.Thankfully, I got another prescription from the GP without paying for another visit. I took it to Chemist Warehouse down the street and it only cost $5.90!!! What a rip-off !! I am not Australian, so I don't have Medicare. Everything is private pay. It was unbelievable how much of a difference.If I could give ZERO stars, I would. .

The staff is very nice but the price is ridiculous. A small pack of the simplest blue face mask 50 units inside cost me $ 100 . My friend told me she bought one in anthoer pharmacy only $26 . I was definitely being ripped off !!

One of my favorite local pharmacies - all pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful. Very convenient location inside Moonee Ponds medical center. Also open until 10pm, one of the latest closing times for pharmacies in the area. Highly recommended.

I have had a great deal of difficulty getting my prescription filled in the area, I have been a several pharmacies until I reached Red Pharmacy. Not only were they able to filled the prescription for me, they were able to get my medication in for me within the same day! Needless to say, the pharmacist went out of his way to ensure we were able to get our prescription filled!! Thank you

Had a lovely experience at Red Pharmacy, the pharmacist Shekhar was not only knowledgeable but also down to earth and approachable.It's nice to have a local pharmacist that you can rely on. It has now become my regular pharmacy to go now and I have told my friends and family to go here as well to get their medications.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, efficient service and convenient opening hours. I was also able to organise home delivery of medication for my elderly family members who live in the area. A great local pharmacy in Moonee Ponds.
