Public Trustee

The people that work there are absolutely useless. You must question everything that they do..because they have no idea what they are doing. They are a big big rip off. Do not put your will with them.

After watching channel. 2 and hearing about the P.T in other states. It’s deplorable.When you contact them they are always changing staff that are looking after finances.Don’t get back.Not interested.Not accountable.All the poor reviews that still haven’t changed.

Honestly if you have another option use it. They are extremely difficult to communicate with. The don’t return phone calls. Emails is hit and miss. They are not transparent with their dealings. Good luck getting an itemised account of their spendings. I’ve asked repeatedly for months. They move at glacial speed with anything they do and in truth i see very little positive to say about them.

The Public Trustee of S.A. helped me, by Financial Administration Services from about 2014, when i suffered a state of cognitive dissonance, to approximately 2017. After this date I realised the Negative Gearing & Corruption of It's own Bureaucratic Laws, Rules & Regulations in its capacity as Financial Administrator. It is an Authority unti itstelf & has many devious means of non-appropriating communicative requests by clients. The Public Trustee of S.A. has kept no records of how 5-10 years worth of hand-written & 1920's Remington typewritten pages of poetry ( I am a Published Performance Poet ), in 6 open topped boxes, were not placed in storage, also many Teacher Qualifications & other important documents, appoximately,3,000 hand-picked books, 400 vintage records, a massive box of personal historical photos& the list goes on... Every year, for 5 consecutive years, I have sent to the Public Trustee, an 8 page list wanting of answers to grievances ;each year that 8 page list has been 'shredded' & that is a direct quotation from my customer services officer of the time, who will remain annonymous, unless i am forced for evidence at any future time of criticism.The Public Trustee is in contempt of its own Bureaucratic JusticeLaws, Rules & Regulations &, further the Natural Law of Bureaucratic Justice as formulated by Aristotle, Plato & Socrates. At Present SACAT, the 'parent' body of the Public Trustee has denied me access to the transfer of my monies, ( to move out of a 'sheltered community' boarding house to buy a unit or small cottage near the sea), held by The Trust to my personal bank through a decision made by a staff member of , said, SACAT. I am in the process of making an Appeal to the so called 'Hearing' which involved a person who had, prior to the hearing, made up a negative decision. Tactics used were; A Non-Communicative Inter-Change, Authoritarian-Bullying, Intimidation, Unprofessional Anger, A Closed-Biased Mind, Non-Diplomatic Treatment of Myself as an Individual With The Right to have my Questions answered et al. I am , in process of making an Appeal to the Hearing, with my Lawyer present.Most staff at the Public Trustee & SACAT are diplomatic & professional and can not be held accountable, personally, as their institutionalized position makes them accountable to the nebulous Public Trustee and SACAT. Sociologically, after a period of time working in an institution, one loses the ability to assert oneself to address any issues, in said employed position. I have been processed, as all human beings potententionally are, myself. There are those rare few who do not lose their abililty to assert themselves over a bureaucracy. I am one of them.

I will never take on clients for my business again if their payments are paid by the public trustee! This is very disappointing because these people clearly need the service's and get let down by those that are meant to safe guard and make their lives easier knowing they aren't scammed or have to worry about payments of bills.My client tried to take her own life because of the poor treatment and these guys didn't care or even attempt to help her. Instead her lonely gardener put in a report and got her some urgent help.Disgusted by the public trustee.

If I could give a zero I would. They never return calls, it is impossible to speak to anyone who knows what is going on. Totally incompetent. Stay away.

Place a caveat on my house, no connection with the in -laws but you feel you have the right...Ill start planning my new home build from your costs through court!!! $$$$$ Welcome to karma!!Laughing all the way to the bank!

Getting in touch with them is a great big hassle, rang them recently and got to reception and then got a recorded message. But as usual no call back, corruption is riff in this business & only care about their own self and their wages.

If I could give minus stars I would. Arrogant, rude thief's and vultures.
