I was not informed,which they should have, that this practise is no longer a Medibank preferred provider and paid $43.90 gap instead of $20.50 with my Medibank extras coverage. When I said that the gap was not correct I was told by receptionist to ask Medibank about this.I have no issue with the Podiatrist who treated me.
