Hidden Fence

Follow upYou can read my first review below.I still say it is a great product, however don't expect great service if you recieve a faulty reciever. The left prong on the new dog collar we purchased continually falls out. As you will understand we need the collar to keep our dogs in the boundary of the property. The only solution they will offer is we send back the reciever leaving our dog with no collar, whilst they look at the reciever. Not ideal, the product is less than 2 months old. They WILL NOT send a reciever to us to use whilst they investigate. Wonder if they will cover our vet bill if the Poppy gets out and hit by a car.The Hidden Fence product is brilliant. We have 4 large dogs and even when the neighbours walk past with their dog/s, whilst they will bark at them and run up to the gate, they will not go through the gate.The service from the ladies in the office is exceptional. They are extremely responsive, and friendly.Thanks Hidden Fence

We had our hidden fence installed approximately 2 years ago. Lachlan from Hidden fence was amazing. Our Kelpie kept jumping the fences and escaping or climbing up onto our house roof. They came out, installed the fence, and then spent the day training our dog where the boundaries were. We can now sit out the front, where we have no front fence at all and she makes no attempt to escape. She knows exactly where the permiter is. Thanks once again.Scotty

I was impressed with the great fencing job done by this company. Very professional and punctual. They were very thorough and quick fixing an issue too- free of charge under warranty. It has provided great peace of mind as our Labrador puppy was escaping and bothering neighbors. We are on a large rural block and had one acre fenced with run arounds on the flower bed and vege patch. Highly recommended.
