We arrived in Waikerie on a Friday afternoon with our front passenger wheel making a banging noise. Although it was 4:30 on a Friday afternoon, Doug squeezed us in and took a look at the car Turns out our local tyre fitter had left a spacer on the hub and the wheel nuts were slowly coming undone. Doug removed the spacer, checked all of the wheels and quickly got us safely on our way. He definitely saved the day, my partner was supposed to be playing with a band at Cordola Rocks The River. In all probability, it probably saved our lives. Just want to say a HUGE thanks to Doug. I would definitely recommend Tyrepower Waikerie. Doug was an absolute legend!

Friendly,didn't have to wait to long

Had a very good experience with the guys there, they did a lot of work on our vehicle while we lived in the area and we were always very happy. However we got our shock absorbers changed before leaving and one of them came off while we were driving down the coast which could have been very dangerous. We got it fixed by someone else urgently and Waikerie Tyrepower offered to have a look at it. We drove all the way back so they could check it, and told us they'd contact the supplier to find out if there was any fault and give us compensation for the incident. We rang again and again and again for a year and never got anything back. Guys are very nice but from what I understand the manager was reluctant to help and left the boys to just deal with it. Disappointing.
