Food portion was ok, but bit on the dry and tasteless side.Pricey on what they serve and you could go to a better German restaurant in the city.Charge a hidden service fee and the sign is hidden on the side, where it's too dark to notice. Facing slightly away from when paying.They don't mention it before sitting down either.This isn't America and stores plus restaurants are starting to do it, in a catch up game from post covid.

Pros - the $20 main menu chicken wings are greatDelicious monteiths and generous drink servings.Cons - saw a chef on the mobile and then handling lettuce without washing his handsThe Monday 10c wings were horribly tiny and didn't even cone with sauce - had to pay $3 for blue cheese sauce which cost more than 20 mini wingsThey also have a service charge" with each order. Last time I ordered through the mobile and copped a $3 "service charge".. for what?"

The Bavarian is a great experience. From the large beer steins hanging above the bar to the Bavarian style wooden decor. The food is great and large servings. The half pork knuckle and chicken wings were fantastic. The bbq chicken wings had a nice smoky flavour. They always provide colouring pencils for kids and they can colour in the children's menu. This time they also gave free stickers which delighted my daughter.

Ordered 2 schnitzels with potato salad from here through Ubereats. Potato salad was not good, very disappointing. Halfway through eating the schnitzel I notice a funny taste and weird texture. Schnitzel is raw in the middle. Expensive food and they can’t even cook it properly. Will never eat here or order from them again

Love the German Weissbier especially the one In the picture which was served by mistake. Tasted sweet and full of wheat flavour. I realised why the rating was 4.1 as at 29/09/2022 when we dined in. The food is Okay as I’ve tasted better ones at Hahndorf. Thursdays are burgers’ night and I gotta say the burger we ordered was well-flavoured. My personal rating for this place is 4 stars.

The food was decent. However, it missed the 4 star mark for a couple of reasons.Firstly, the place was not clean, it felt dirty. Secondly, staffs were very slow and not accommodating.We felt uninvited and not catered to. There were several times we were told to just wait despite not saying enough. The staffs continued to have their own conversations rather than working or cleaning the unattended tables.This happened for the entirety of our stay there which was about 40 minutes.We gave them benefit of the doubt that it was just a bad day.Quality of food justified the pricing. Drinks weren't expensive either.This place can do very well with a revamp and better staff training. Good luck!

It was ok.Staff was great and friendly.Food is so so. Buffalo wings was super tiny and a little dry but the afterburner sauce was nice and spicy ( not recommended if you can't eat hot food).The fried chicken in the southern platter was ok. It's huge with thick crumbs.

As the name indicates, this is a place to get your German pub food. The usual suspects like schnitzel and ribs are available and doesn't disappoint. It was juicy, generous size and well cooked. The chicken wings crispy and succulent, the Afterburner dipping sauce had a bit of kick to it. Plenty of seatings inside and outside.Food - 7Service - 7Vibe - 8Price - $$$
