I had the worst experience with these guys: wish I could give NO stars.We ordered 7 ton Sandy Loam mix on the phone, talked to Steve and paid in full by Credit Card. Steve said the sand will be delivered the same day or the next day. My husband prepared the area where the sand must be dropped off.Me and my husband both tested positive for Covid and was home all that week. The day after ordering, I heard a loud banging noise in the front yard. When I looked through the window, within a minute of the noise, I saw a huge pile of sand in our driveway. It totally blocked all access to our garage. There was no truck in sight!! No attempt was made to contact us before delivery (dumping) the sand. (See photos of sand pile in the driveway)I called Aldinga Landscape supplies immediately and in distress, talked to Steve. I requested an immediate return of the driver of the truck, to move the sand to the prepared spot. Steve advised me that the driver has other deliveries to do and that he cannot return to us. I explained that we were waiting all day, that the driver did not ring the bell, etc. Steve brushed me off, saying he has other customers to serve. I've asked to speak to the manager and he advised me that he was the manager. Then I asked to talk to the owner and again was advised he was the owner of the business too. Then I asked for a refund

Very accommodating and really easy to deal with. Our firewood is of fantastic quality and was stacked perfectly. Have put the number in my phone for many more dealings.

Served by Steve, what a legend. Helped explain what I needed, helped me load it into car, super friendly, told me about delivery options/trailer hire, answered all my questions and offered helpful and practical advice. So glad I found such a great business so close to home, after an awful experience at another local garden centre! These guys are my go to from now on.
