This company is the single worst experience ive ever had with a NDIS Provider workers not showing up putting participant safety at risk damaging workers property abusing my support coordinator refusing to provide a report when they are required to then the directors deflect blame and give false information to the ndis commission so they dont have to replace participants property they damaged

Most unreliable service there is out there!They don’t show up, the carers have no care and are rude and even tell you how to run your own house!!!You wait 4-5 weeks for a reply to an email if your lucky to get one at all!The carers NEVER show up on time let alone at and they don’t ever have the courtesy to call you when they just don’t show up!This place doesn’t care about the well-being of any persons who need any services!!I would of give them NO stars but had to provide 1 in order to give a review!!!
