These guys never dissapoint from their marinated rack of ribs to lamb and sauasages. the quality and flavour is outstanding. By far my favourite butcher in the shire.

Unfortunately I write this review now that we no longer live in Cronulla. At the time I thought, a butcher is a butcher, right?Now we have moved away have tried several of our nearby butchers and unfortunately nothing compares.Miss the friendly service and excellent cuts of meat from this butcher.

It would be no exaggeration to say that this is the best meat shop in Cronulla. Quality of meat is excellent - fresh and clean all the time. Staff are really friendly and attentive. There are a wide variety of meat: beef, pork, lamb, different sausages (pumpkin feta, Spanish spicy, lamb herbs and so on), and bbq stuff (kebabs, veal, steaks).

5 stars is not enough to rate how fabulous this butcher shop is! Total quality!! The staff helped me choose the best meat for the beef pho and the chicken soup I’m cooking for my sister. Beautiful organic produce at a great price too. While I was there I realised I’d lost my phone at the previous shop, honestly, they did everything possible to help me get my phone back (which I did). If you’re looking for quality meats with amazing, helpful service in the shire this is the only place to go! I just couldn’t help writing this review with a big thank you from me!

Spoke to John and some of his colleagues about a piece of meat I could eat in France but could not find in Australia. Well, John made a suggestion and I tried it last Sunday. It was spot on. The meat was so tasty (the best one I tried so far) and much more tender than I expected!! Thank you John & Co for your customer care and the passion you show for your job! I am back next Saturday!!

Fresh and tasty meat, friendly staff. Usually I order organic meat, it comes within few days and it’s very good.
