Creative Gourmet Pizza and Grill

My family and I lived in South Turramurra for around about 7-8 years. Creative Gourmet Pizza was a staple restaurant for whenever we didn't feel like cooking something ourselves. I have since moved away from South Turramurra, and find myself desiring their pizzas even more. My personal favourite was their Hawaiian, but I've been told by my mother that their cheese pizza is good too. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a halfway decent pizza, as they haven't ever disappointed me or my family.

I like supporting local businesses and have been a regular customer of Creative Gourmet Pizza Cafe since 2007 spending thousands with them over the last 13 years as a South Turramurra local.One day we had a salesperson from this restaurant selling coupon booklets door to door for $50 which we purchased as we planned to continue to support their business despite many other pizza restaurants opening in the area over the years.Unfortunately, however the owner doesn’t honour/accept the coupons when you come in to pay or sometimes will pretend to accept and process them and will proceed to charge you at the full price rate anyway without your knowledge.Upon questioning him about this when I realised I was charged the incorrect price for our order he claimed that they were no longer accepting coupons due to COVID. 1/ if that's the case then why wasn’t communicated to me over the phone when I placed my order? 2/ if anything takeaway businesses sales and demand have increased since COVID and 3/ the coupons are valid until April 2021 (clearly printed on the booklet).Finally, I asked him that since they’re no longer accepting their coupons if they could at least offer a refund for the booklet we purchased and this was also refused.This demonstration of misleading and deceptive conduct means that they have lost our trust and we won't be returning here and will find a more deserving business to support in the future.Hopefully the $50 they scammed and the cost saving by not honouring their “buy one get one free” coupon was worth it for them.Kind regards,A local Karen

Very nice pizza's heaps of toppings, fantastic burgers, and crunchy hot chips

Great find, can't believe never tried it earlier.Food tastes just like my mothers', owners make you feel like you're at home. Not a pizza fan normally but this one was worth the crime.OMGosh prawns and satay sauce pizza, delight!The burgers actually look better in real life than the photos.The falafel burger gives the vege kebab a run for its' money. No more long drives for exquisite ice cream!Oops forgot to mention the smooth tasting coffee !!

Overall average quality Pizza!! Friendly staff! Pizza base was too tick for my taste.

I called up in advance asking if the Iceland pizza with the GF base and the chicken is completely gluten free because I have an allergy. They told me it is however I’ve since ordered it and the Iceland pizza contains imitation crab not crab meat as described on the menu, which contains wheat which is gluten and the chicken has gluten stuffing in it. As a restaurant owner you and all your employees serving customers should know what is in your food and if someone tells you they have an allergy you need to take it seriously. I accidentally ate some before realising, and now I’m likely going to be sick for up to two weeks now. I’ve really lucked out tonight! Thank you so much!!

Had a good, old-fashioned tasty chicken schnitzel burger with home made potato wedges. Polite and quick service.

Beef burger was very average stale bun and patty was a thin processed bit of beef.Give the place a miss….

Finding little suburban gems like this Restaurant is a bonus. No usual shopping centre parking dramas, or main street blues.Creative Gourmet have been around for decades i read. Their food is fresh and tasty. Pizzas and Pastas all given the thumbs up by the 9 people we had dining there.If you are up on the North, give them a try
