I was a late afternoon walk-in for henna tattoo and haircut. Both ladies in the store were delightful & very good at both services. Great value $ was an added bonus.

I went to the newly opened store which is downstairs in the Icon centre in the city. Friendly, skilled treatment at a very reasonable price. I will certainly be going again and I strongly recommend that you do yourself a favour and go there too

Best beauty shop in Hobart. Good communication. Had eyebrow threading and waxing services. Love their work and definitely recommend them.

These ladies change the price of lash extensions every time I go there. I lost about 20% of my lash extensions (not my natural lash, the extensions just fell off) in 2 days, so came back a week later willing to pay for a standard infill, and got told ‘$65 because of the amount of lashes to infill’. I get classics so this is almost the price of a new set. Makes no sense to me considering it wasn’t my fault their glue didn’t hold up the way it was supposed to. I had shown her pictures of how many lashes had fallen out and didn’t make a fuss. But paying full price is a bit nuts? Won’t be coming back here again. Don’t get my started on hygiene either, they never clean around my eyes before applying lashes or the lash guard sticker. Ontop of that, last time the glue was absolutely stinging my eyes and I sat through it to be courteous.

I have been here twice the second time wasn't so good, the lady didn't fill in one of my Eyebrows so it didn't match the other side. I paid $45 for the henna Eyebrows with threading was not worth the money the first time I came here was good second time I didn't feel that happy. I came here 3 weeks ago never again I couldn't be bothered arguing as they are Indians and I knew I wouldn't get a refund.

I went to this place about a month ago and they messed up my lashes, they're still trying to recover!1. The seat was uncomfortable to sit in and my head was on an awful angle2. The lady was sitting the lashes extensions on my forehead !?!3. The lady went and served another customer for about 10- 20 miniutes while I was sitting there waiting for her to continue with my lashes, I should have left then.4. They got glue in my eye !!!!5. After all of this they still made me pay $120!!I had to go get eye drops for my eyes right after because I could barley see and my lashes started falling out not long after getting them done.This is ridiculously disrespectful and unprofessional.I don't ever make bad reviews for places but this really upset me so much and my lashes are still trying ti recover the trauma they went through.

I went there for hair cut and eyebrows...the lady who did my eyebrows she was good in threading but the lady who done my hair cut...she ruined my hair...I told her for layer cut the layers not even and my hair look so bad...she was in rush...after hair cut she gave me aa comb to comb my hair...she told me hold this comb and sit on another chair... she do not have proper customer service skills.... I just wanna say that if you r in rush to close your shop on time so please do not book appointments at the end of the day ..hold them for another day...if I could I don't even give her one star

They are more interested in up selling than providing what you asked for! All I wanted was Classic Extension and instead got an eyelash tint before they even started the extensions! Do Not Recommend :(

Just asked for a basic clean up, no shaping, still the front portion of my eyebrow was litterally made such thinner that it appeared to be I dont have any hair in that very portion. But when I told the lady that why its like that, she told my eyebrow is like that only.The worst experience I had, just spoiled my day.

Me and friend went for treading and there was 2 girls my treading was still better but for my friend treading they took really 30 min. Its so crazy i never saw anyone to take 30 min for treading. And i also asked for henna tattoo once the girl start her handing were shaking it was like she is doing first time then i just stopped her.You definitely need a highly experienced staff.
