Timezone Miranda - Arcade Games, Kids Birthday Party Venue

We had our sons 6th Birthday Party at Timezone Miranda in May 2023. There were 19 kids aged from 4 to 8 years old, and they did a fantastic job. Our party host (Gen) was fabulous! she kept all the little ones happy, and all the staff were helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend them for a birthday party.P.s. they have put in new lower tables and chairs, which make it much better suited to small kids.

The staff at Timezone Miranda are amazing! I accidentally booked my son’s birthday for the wrong date and contacted them by phone on the morning of the day that I had thought the party was booked for in a total panic. They were SO accommodating and helpful and agreed to do the party for me that day. The party was so much fun for the kids and absolutely stress-free for me. Our party host Holly-Maree was so lovely and spent so much time with the kids playing games and making sure they were having a great time. I cannot thank her and the other staff enough. We will be back again and again to Timezone Miranda. Well done to the amazing staff!

We went to Timezone Miranda to celebrate our son's birthday party. From the moment we were greeted by our host, Megan, we could tell we were going to be in great hands.The games and party area (though somewhat cozy) was a good investment package to have the party at this establishment. Megan herself, was quite a professional, she helped each kids ease on to their lanyards and party passes, and was very accommodating to make sure each parent and child are looked after throughout the event.If you are looking for a next birthday event, consider this establishment and ask for Megan as your host.Thank you so much Miranda Timezone!

Niah and the TZ team were fabulous! We had my 6yr olds party at TZ and nothing was a problem. Incredibly accommodating and all willing to help out setting up and packing down. Best of all Niah took control of all the kids so I didn’t have to wrangle them up. Thank TZ Miranda Team

Our host was Harry and he was fantastic. Harry made sure all the kids were having a great time and also helped with all the set up and tidy up. My son had a great party and his friends all left super happy. Could not commend Harry enough for his customer service and helpfulness.

This timezone is located on the first level of Westfield shopping centre and is the opposite of JB Hi-FI. It's quite new, so the place was immaculate, but relatively small when compared to other Timezones.They still had loads of popular games there. I took my toddler there during a weekday and it was quiet, which was actually nice. We had most games to ourselves. A couple of games were out of order, but everything else seems to be operating well.The ticket exchange room for prizes was pretty cool. Nice to see retro lollies we haven't seen for decades. The expensive prizes on top shelf had no ticket price on them, which is a little annoying. People like me are curious as to how many tickets are needed. We'll never earn enough tickets for them, but still curious minds want to know!We loaded $25 on our card, and this kept us entertained for a little under an hour. The staff were friendly and seemed content with their jobs which is always good to see. Anyway, happy that Timezone lived through our tough environment when most places like them no longer exist.

I visited Timezone Miranda with all two of my friends and as we crossed the threshold we were pleasantly stunned with what we saw - we’d come on Bring Your Camel To Work Day! All the staff had congregated in the middle of the venue with their camels. One staff member had unfortunately misread the memo and brought an unopened pack of Camel brand cigarettes, but he was forgiven for his error and welcomed into the group.Alex clearly leads her team with dignity, authority, and grace. It was so lovely to see them all working together with such respect for their leader.She was so helpful to us as well! We asked her where the toilets were and she graciously took us by the hand and led us there. She even let us use them - and after we’d finished, she came in to flush them for us! Such service!For being such an obvious benefit to Timezone, I would say that Alex deserves a raise, or at least like, a discount on hot choccies and perhaps a free ride on one of the camels.

I have enjoyed taking my son and his friends here each time we have been. The staff are lovely and patient with the kids when theyre taking time to choose their prizes. There's a cafe onsite also for coffee *big win*Prices are reasonable and I have observed staff maintaining cleanliness throughout the centre on a regular basis. School holidays at 4pm hasn't been too busy for the kids so there's no wait time for games. Reception is abit hit and miss but at some places it does work fine. Will continue to come here with the kids.

My daughter had her 11th birthday party at Timezone Miranda. Our host was Izzy.Izzy was great and kept all the kids entertained & engaged and remained calm when she had many kids begging for her attention. Not an easy task.All the kids had a great time!!

My son had his 10th birthday here. As a parent (and an event organiser) it was the easiest party I have been a party of. Our host Holly was amazing, super organised, great with the kids and always there to help. Holly created exciting vs games between the kids which they all loved. I would 100% recommend a party here.
