We first engaged OneIT back in 2016 to build us a custom developed student management system to power our core business activities. The system they built is scalable, very user friendly, it’s easy to learn, can be accessed anywhere in the world, requires relatively little maintenance and allows staff to focus on providing high quality service whilst the system takes care of the rest.It supports our customer service and operations team through a large range of integrated modules with functions to manage bookings, schedules, enrolments, certifications and complex regulatory requirements. Additionally the BD team can now manage their client relationships, sales pipelines, drive opportunities and manage contract pricing all in a system that feeds into other areas of the application. It saves time in creating invoices and reporting figures to finance and management. Staff are freed to focus on working smarter rather than harder so we can produce higher value outcomes for the business and deliver greater customer service.It has been a game changer for the business, allowing us to work more efficiently and effectively in delivering value and outcomes for the business.OneIT delivered the solution at a very effective price point whilst meeting our requirements and always providing outstanding service along the way. We have been so happy with OneIT’s work that we have re-engaged them numerous times over our 4 year relationship to build additional modules to further increase capability of our system.
