Impact wrench shows up on the website in stocks I call them to confirm still in stocks I was waiting on the phone for 5 minutes after 5 minutes they says they haven't stocks. Because I was read reviews all reviews said the put on their website in stocks but when you order it's not in stocks don't recommend.

Believe the recent (negative) reviews, an almost entirely useless company to deal with unless you walked in the door and could actually see that they don't have stock of what they advertise on their own website. So why have a website?Expect no response from email enquiries after they have taken your money and not provided any updates and expect nothing in return aside from excuses after any of your phone enquiries.Transaction dispute submitted to bank after almost a month with next to nothing received in regards to customer service and absolutely nothing received in regards to what I had paid for.Bunnings is more helpful/honest.

Wish I'd read the earlier reviews before ordering. My items eventually arrived but only after multiple follow ups. No order confirmation when ordered online. Items shown as in-stock on their web site were not in fact in stock. No advice of that shipping delay - the only way I found up was from constantly chasing them up. Items arrived over a month after original order placement, just re-wrapping around the packing of supplier they'd sourced from (whom I could have ordered from directly)! Won't be using VEK Tools again.

I'm a carpenter of 40+ years the staff here are great give great discounts for loyal customers very knowledgeable staff

Terrible service. Had to follow up multiple times and still had not received it 3 weeks after paying for it. Only to be told there was additional freight charges after I'd paid for shipping.

Terrible business to deal with - ordered 2 Metabo Batteries online 21st November 2022 and they did not do anything, I've sent them messages & tried to call them with Zero response. I am now disputing the transaction on 19th December 2022 to try to get the funds back - very untrustworthy company, do not waste your time with them. VEK TOOLS, only gave 1 star as Zero Stars wasn't an option.

Yep another one who wish to read the reviews before placing an order ...I ordered and paid in full for some items that they are not actually in stock ...Told me that it will take a while to get the items back in stock because the rep ... bla ... bla .. bla ... "Cancelled the order and I'm waiting for the full refund.I'm wondering how long it would take for them to tell me that they don't have the item ...Honestly? Stay away if possible or buy only in store where you can see the "physical" item!"

I spoke to kiro tiday about ordering me in a special order for a drawer runner for my toolbox. He called me back as he said he would and even arranged me to go and pick up the runner myself to save time and freight.10/10 for customer service which. Is awesome after getting 00/10 from another large shop in SYDNEY selling TOOLS

My first internet shopping experience with VEK Tools. I bought the 700mm Auger bit which is a solid piece of gear. I have seen some of the other reviews posted but will share my own experiences because l usually shop online 4-5 times a week and find others reviews informative when l choose to buy from someone l haven't dealt with before. Firstly, price and product were great.Service and shipping were exceptional in the sense that l had no contact with the company other than postal updates and my fairly large item arrived faster than companies l use weekly with express post.Happy with my purchase. Happy with the customer service l received. Would definitely use this vendor again. 5 stars
