pretty good service and didn’t have to wait long at all. Chicken was so good will definitely be back , as well as the waffle fries ! Although I could see in the kitchen one of the employes (a guy) was not wearing gloves while handling the chicken or cheese which I think is a hygienic issue

Great tasting fried chicken. The chicken is crunchy and double fried. The salt and pepper tofu is also delicious. As they re-fry the chicken to order, you’ll have to wait approx 10-15 min depending on how busy it is. It is decently priced. Service is average as I had to wait at the counter for about five min before I was acknowledged, the three staff were busy preparing other orders and cleaning.

Fried chicken that's crispy and tender. Asked for mine to be made super spicy hot, and after a slight misunderstanding on whether I wanted their spicy sauce or not (I did want it!), they added it and smothered the crispy chicken strips with it, and it was epic. Not super ghost pepper hot, but just a decent level of spice to keep it interesting. Chairs outside, and place is literally outside the front sliding doors entrance of shopping centre. Will order again.

Charged more than the displayed price, when we asked why is that, they said they served large chicken pieces but when we got home and opened up the packet didn't look like large.

Comparing to similar takeaway fast-food options, they are good. Tasty and crispy.Having a side like salt and pepper tofu is a good change from all fried chicken. It's also good that you have many different options of chicken parts to choose.It's a bit concerning to have big piles of pre made pieces and don't know for how long it has been there.

Deep fried chicken with your choice of pieces & well as soft bones. Chicken is heated up for you and served piping hot. Coating is crunchy and chicken is tender. Some people will find it too salty. Its a bit pricey for what it is (fast food) but cheaper than all of the sit down fried chicken restaurants near by, which makes this a good quick snack. Staff are plesant and keen to serve.

The fried chicken is seasoned well and flavoursome. However some items feel like they are over fried and have too much coating like the deep fried Enoki.The service is good, but when there are a number of orders in process, the wait time can be long, we waited for about 20 minutes. A suggestion would be to inform the wait time.Will be back to try other things on the menu.
