I highly recommend Samford Pet Resort.My dog is a rescue and has anxiety, but she looked really settled with the staff during drop off and pick up- which is a great indicator of an excellent service. I will definitely take my dog back next time we go on a holiday, she looked like she was having a lot of fun!

I have been using Samford Pet Resort for many years now and they have always taken great care of our cats. They are very friendly and caring, take amazing care of the animals, and are very flexible if your vacation schedule changes.I will definitely continue using them.

We have used a number of pet resorts for our older dogs over the years but recently used Samford for our new German Shepherd puppy Katana. By far the best experience we have had. We are on the Southside, but pickup and dropoff from a local vet was seamless. Nothing was too much trouble, including feeding her special food. Most importantly she came back happy and it was obvious she had enjoyed herself. Don't bother with anywhere else - from the minute you speak to them you can tell they will care for your dog as much as you do

Great location and the staff are always super friendly.Our dog loves staying there and it has reassured us after we had some bad experiences with private dog sitters.The staff clearly love what they do and treat the pets really well.

Our pet thoroughly enjoyed his stay. He has stayed twice now and we will continue to take him back.The staff are great, and facilities well managed.The report card at the end of the stay is a nice touch. Well done and would happily recommend.

great friendly and helpful staff! our dogs where there 8 days then had to extend for a funeral staff where great at helping extend, the detailed updates with videos and photos we got for the dogs where great and detailed helped put me at ease knowing they where happy and very well looked after. dogs had a great time definitely recommend

Elmo's first visit with you guys as our previous Maltese Coco stay there 11yrs ago. We rescued Elmo in 2019 and let the staff now what he likes and doesn't like unfortunately i forgot a few things about him but they learnt quickly what not to do.They are still the best in the business wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you all again for looking after our special boy Elmo.

Staff and facilities are fantastic and our little dog has been coming here for 14 years. She loves it and her tail wags when we drop her off to her loving second home. She always comes home happy and relaxed after a lovely holiday and social time with other puppies. New owners (Pet Resorts Oz) sadly only allow payment by Visa/Mastercard and have discontinued Paypal thus cancelling Amex et al. Disappointing and removes a level of safety, security and flexibility for payments. Have hard this may change.

I was very nervous about leaving our dog. It was his first time being left in a kennel environment. The staff put me at ease and took great care of our dog. I loved the report card we received at the end of his stay.

Oscar and Bailey love going to their doggie hotel - Samford Pet Resort. Samford look after the dogs well and they always come home happy dogs. Thank you Samford Pet Resort!!
